Jean-Pierre Skov was born and raised in St. Croix, U.S.V.I. He grew up in the marine industry, starting with his dad’s charter company and boat yard on the East end of the Island. He captained charter boats in the Caribbean, competitively raced sailboats for the V.I. Olympic team, and worked for Hess Oil in the marine department as a tug captain of a 105’ ship handling/ocean-towing tug.
In 1995, Jean-Pierre migrated to being a full-time yacht broker. His knowledge of the industry and yachts in general made this transition the perfect fit. He prides himself on developing his client relationships into friendships. His clients know that he is always only a phone call away to answer any questions.
For the past 20 years, he has also been intricately involved in industry leadership. He has served the Yacht Brokers Association of America(YBAA) as a board member, Excecutive Committee, and president. He is still very active in leadership of the industry as the current Executive Director of YBAA.
Erik Rasmussen grew up on the Island of St Croix USVI. He comes from a family of fisherman. Their love of the sea was passed on to Erik who can be found fishing or cruising on the weekends with this family in and around the Virgin Islands on his 29 Dyer “Miss Becky”. While in school in St. Croix he worked for various charter outfits catering to tourist during weekends and summer breaks. Erik attended Indiana University, after graduating in 1989 he quickly returned to St. Croix. There he met his wife Becky, who also grew up on the island, they have two boys Christian(1999) and Brandon(2002). He was vice president of the St. Croix Golden Hook Fishing club for many years and continues to be a member today and participates in many tournaments in and around St. Croix. He has a passion for boating and the sea and is easily approachable to help in the selling or purchasing of your next vessel.
Chris was born and raised on Aquidneck Island, cruising and fishing his father's power boats from a young age. He continued by racing dinghies and small keelboats out of Tiverton Yacht Club. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Marine Affairs and Business, he comes to the team with the intent to build long-term relationships. His experience ranges from all aspects of marine services including private charter sailing, commissioning and diving. His passion for yachting and knowledge of boats has lead a clear career path in the industry. Chris can be found fishing or cruising the waters of Narragansett bay on his Palm beach with his yellow lab “Dublin”.
Jared has lived and boated in Rhode Island for his entire life. He holds a marine technology degree from New England Institute of Technology. Among his many accomplishments in the marine industry, he is certified by Honda, Yamaha, and Tohatsu outboards. He is also very skilled in systems and inboard-powered boats.

Gregg Morash grew up in Rhode Island and has over 44 years of on-water experience. He attended Mass Maritime and then quickly moved on to a career in fire service. Gregg has worked in fire services for the past 31 years. He was on the committee to spec and build Newport's fire boat "Marine 6", and he continues to conduct and coordinate its operational training.
On his off days, he enjoys sailing on Narragansett Bay with his family aboard their 55' Oyster "Miss Molly". He also founded Sensible Sailing, where he guided boat owners through the orientation and operation of their new vessels.
Gregg holds a 100-ton USCG captain's license, he is the Race Committee Chairman for Tiverton Yacht Club and Past Commodore at the Twenty Hundred Club. Gregg is excited to use his hands-on knowledge and friendly professionalism as a resource to both buyers and sellers.
