Gregg Morash grew up in Rhode Island and has over 44 years of on-water experience. He attended Mass Maritime and then quickly moved on to a career in fire service. Gregg has worked in fire services for the past 31 years. He was on the committee to spec and build Newport's fire boat "Marine 6", and he continues to conduct and coordinate its operational training.Â
On his off days, he enjoys sailing on Narragansett Bay with his family aboard their 55' Oyster "Miss Molly". He also founded Sensible Sailing, where he guided boat owners through the orientation and operation of their new vessels.
