CONSTRUCTION, HULL & DECK:
The hull and deck are constructed of hand-laminated bi-directional and unidirectional glass over Baltec end-grain balsa core sandwich. FRP floor stringer grid system is infused into the hull. The hull-to-deck joint is glued and bolted via Butyl sealant. The keel is a fin, 3,840 lbs lead on an FRP keel stub with stainless keel bolts. Stainless steel bar stock chainplates bolted to bulkheads. FRP spade rudder over a composite post with Edson bearings. Stainless steel tubed bow rail with dual corner stern rails, transom gate, and fold-down swim ladder. Tapered stanchions with double-through wired stainless steel lifelines.
