RGO is a fast production cruiser and performs well even in light air, with speeds in excess of 9 knots possible in good wind conditions. The deep keel ensures good tracking, and the large spade rudder provides responsive steering.
Hanse 545s are noted for:
Shorthanded Sailing: A key feature is the "Hanse Easy Sailing" concept, with all lines led aft to the twin helms, allowing the boat to be sailed easily by one person or a couple.
Modern Design: The yacht has a distinct, modern look with a low coachroof, flush hatches, and large vertical hull windows in the saloon that provide ample natural light.
Spacious Cockpit: It features a large, social cockpit with twin steering wheels and a folding table, which can also house the chartplotter.
Tender Garage: The hinged transom folds down to create a swim platform and gives access to a garage large enough to accommodate a dinghy.
