2009 Beneteau Oceanis 31

The Beneteau Oceanis 31 is perfect.   She is small enough to be easily singlehanded but has the cockpit and interior space of a larger boat, complete with two staterooms and all the amenities one would need and want to be comfortable staying aboard.  And "Canopache" is a beautiful example of this popular boat.  She is in excellent condition having been meticulously cared for by her original owner...always yard maintained and very lightly used with NEW batteries in 2016.  Come and take a look.  This boat will not be on the market long.

The galley is to port with the head to starboard.  The starboard settee doubles as a nav seat for the aft facing nav station with the electrical panel and instruments.  The U-shaped dinette table has a fold-down leaf on the starboard side and the portside of the table has been customized to create a fold-down leaf, which makes for easy access to the settee.

The V-berth is forward with a filler cushion.  Shelves on each side provide added storage space and a hatch gives good ventilation. Skyscreen hatch shades have been installed for added comfort.

The forward and aft/master cabins have custom inner-spring mattresses.
