Description
"Perfect Balance" is a perfect example of this popular Tartan model. She has been meticulously cared for by her current Owners and is one of the cleanest brokerage boats you will see. There have been numerous upgrades including a new 40hp Westerbeke engine, Sunbrella dodger, and new Garmin electronics. The Tartan 37 has a roomy interior beginning with a spacious v-berth forward with a filler piece to make a full double berth. There are two opening ports and one overhead opening hatch. The ports and hatches throughout have screens. Two large hanging lockers and a group of drawers provide ample storage. The head is next aft and to port with an electric head, hot & cold sink and shower with a shower sump pump. The main salon boasting beautiful micro-suede upholstery with an L-shaped settee to port that is convertible into a double berth and long settee that converts to a single berth to starboard. The dinette table folds up against the bulkhead when not needed which adds to the roomy-ness of the interior. The galley is aft to starboard with a three-burner stove/oven, Seafrost refrigerator/freezer and a double stainless steal sink with hot and cold pressure water with loads of storage. The nav station is to port with one of the two new Garmin GPSmap plotters, VHF and Heart Link 20 battery monitored. There is a roomy quarterberth aft of the nav station.
